In the annual management review meeting, various departments are asked to present a report on their respective quality policy goals and explain how they will improve their shortcomings as well as the outcome of such improvement measures. The quality goals are reviewed, adjusted, and changed by the General Manager's Office to meet the required management performance of the quality system.

Entire has obtained certifications from various international quality accreditation systems, and both impartial third-party accreditation organizations and domestic/foreign clients have offered positive feedbacks for Entire Technology. Internally, the Company strives to ensure the effective implementation of the overall quality system through manufacturing audits and system audits.

Quality management system
Entire's quality assurance system is based on the principles of PDCA, and the core approach is divided into 5 components:
1. Client needs investigation>2. Product R&D and design>3. Establishing resources needed to cater to the clients' needs>4. Production process monitoring and control>5. Customer satisfaction. The 5 core components are used to devise relevant SOPs and systems. The performance indicator of various core processes is clearly defined, while monthly performance reviews and quality meetings are held to examine the integrity and effectiveness of the system process in the hope of constantly improving product quality and customer satisfaction.
